Cancellation policy
For cancellations made the day before or on the day of your visit, a cancellation fee will be charged as shown below.
If you are 15 minutes past your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled without notice.
If you wish to cancel, we will only accept it by email or short message.We cannot respond over the phone.
